DEUCES???

Hmmnnn.....the average guy goes through a lot to win the affection of a woman...phonecalls,gifts,dates etc etc....the average lady on the other hand loves every bit of it as she plays "hard to get"(thinking she would be better appreciated that way).Masculine instinct kicks in....can't seeing her too much around other guys(which she does most times to get him jealous,especially when they just had an arguement),jealousy kicks in and all of that.The guy gets lucky when she's tired of playing hard to get and both of them are good to go for a commited relationship, they get married and start having kids.
Then the boomerang effect of nature kicks in,he lady no longer has "a glorious past and bright  future" due to age,child bearing and "rearing".....accumulation of baby fat and the likes,so,she starts geting insecure and can't standing seeing laides who are still "in form" around him,he's quick to sense her insecurity and ofcourse capitalizes on it, recalling his painful ordeal in trying to get years back, enjoying every compliment from other women,which he intentionally mentions to her hearing.....then she starts doing all the chasing,trying to "man" her front......guess life is indeed fair to both genders huh?

THESE ARE MY CONFESSIONS, Thursday,March 3rd,2011

Hmmnnnn.....i happen to be the Second Born-Second Son-SHORTEST SON!......My silent prays growing up like a child sounded most times like this; "God, i don't want to be short like daddy"......laughs.Well, we serve a living God indeed,one who answers prayers.Currently standing at 5ft 11....not bad you might say huh?.....well 5 ft 11 aint good enough,in the family i come from, you aint started yet.My elder and two younger brothers are six footers, a feat they achieved as teenagers.
I'm i complaining...ofcourse not, who am i but a mere mortal  to question the Almighty,THE ONE whon knows all things, HE has created me fearfully and wonderfully.
So, after several childhood prayers, heavy intake of beans and a lot of sleeping(cos i learnt, growth occurs when we sleep,true?), here we are to the Glory of God and shame of the Devil at 5ft11.
   

THE NEW NIGERIA

Hmmmnnn.....Election's around trhe corner for we Nigerians(Too bad if your  not...laughs) and in view of the current bombings and the likes one's forced to ask HOW FAR ARE FROM or HOW CLOSE ARE WE TO THE NEW NIGERIA?........can President Goodluck bring us the LUCK(if such exixts) we need for a CHANGE we ask further,either way the power to cause a change lies on our lips and on our knees,it lies in our hands as we cast our vote.Irrespective of  "failed attempts" in the past to cause this change,let us be encouraged with the fact that for each attempt at causing a change we are getting closer to THE NEW NIGERIA of our DREAMS.THE NEW NIGERIA; a land of possiblities,a land for above tribal,religious and gender sentiments,a land where ALL MEN ARE TRULY FREE.
